Land parcels along Upper East Coast Road, East Coast Parkway, proposed Bayshore Drive, Bayshore Walk and Bayshore Avenue are being proposed for the following amendments:

From ‘Utility’ to ‘Park’
From ‘Residential at GPR 2.8’ to ‘Park’
From ‘Residential at GPR 2.8’ to ‘Place of Worship’
From ‘Residential at GPR 2.8’ to ‘Residential at GPR 3.5’
From ‘Residential at GPR 2.8’ to ‘Sports & Recreation’
From ‘Residential at GPR 2.8’ to ‘Road’
From ‘Road’ to ‘Residential at GPR 3.5’
From ‘Residential at GPR 3.5’ to ‘Education Institution’
From ‘Education Institution’ to ‘Residential at GPR 3.5’
From ‘Place of Worship’ to ‘Residential at GPR 3.5’

The proposed amendments are to facilitate the development of the Bayshore estate to meet strong housing demand, and allow residents to tap on the convenient access to East Coast Park, upcoming MRT stations on the Thomson-East Coast Line and a proposed integrated development. The proposed amendments will also facilitate the provision of more recreational spaces as well as amenities to serve existing and future residents.
